2. Orders
- Clients can place orders directly on our website. Payment is processed through the Stripe platform. Custom payment links can be provided upon request, especially for special orders or the purchase of multiple videos simultaneously.
- When placing an order, the required information includes:
- Name and email address of the client’s contact
- Client’s brand name
- Name of the product(s) or service(s) to be promoted in the video
- Link to the product or service URL
- Desired video format
- Tone to be used in the video
- Specific clothing requirements
3. Script and Video Creation
- The script is crafted taking into account competitor statistics, including data from TikTok Ads Library and Meta Ads Library.
- The agreed-upon fee for a video covers up to 5 distinct shots and a maximum final duration of 45 seconds.
- Once the script is approved by the client, no further modifications are allowed.
- Following the definition of the target and client avatar, we pre-select several actor profiles that match. The client then chooses the desired actor from our selection.
- Once the profile is chosen, we provide the actor’s postal address to the client. The actor’s phone and email contacts are not disclosed. The postal address is exclusively used for professional purposes, including product shipment.
- During the product shipment period, the script is written and submitted to the client for validation. Once approved, the script is forwarded to the actor.
- The actor has a period of 10 days from script validation and receipt of the package to provide us with raw footage.
- We then have 10 days to complete the video editing, including incorporating royalty-free music and subtitles.
- The client receives a ready-to-publish video.
Revision Policy:
- Package 1: 1-2 revisions
- Package 2: 2-3 revisions
- Package 3: Up to 5 revisions
- Revisions are limited to video editing and do not include script changes or re-filming, except in cases where a word is skipped during filming.
4. Intellectual Property
- Intellectual property rights and image rights are fully transferred to the client, while advertising rights are granted to the client for a duration of 12 months.
- Beyond this period, the client may no longer use the video for advertising purposes without first negotiating an extension of rights with UGC Cheap, in exchange for financial compensation.
- Rights related to image and intellectual property are subject to a formal agreement, jointly signed by UGC Cheap, the actor, and the client.
- In the event of a claim or dispute arising from a third party concerning the created content, the client expressly exempts UGC Cheap from any liability.
5. Use of Videos
- The client has the right to use, broadcast, and adapt the content provided by the Creator, including the ability to translate content, add subtitles in all languages, and make adjustments to framing, format, and colors.
- The client may use the video for advertising purposes for a period of 12 months, starting from the date of video receipt.
6. Refund Policy
Dispute Resolution Mechanism:
- A full refund is possible if the client is not satisfied with the script or the UGC Creator.
Confidentiality Clause:
- The confidentiality of the working relationship and any sensitive information shared by the client is fully protected. Clients have the right to request an NDA or Confidentiality Agreement.
Liability Limitation:
- UGC Cheap’s liability is limited to the quality of production and the content creation process, as approved by the client. The selection of actors and script approval is the client’s responsibility.
Termination Clause:
- The agreement can be terminated if the payment is made and the script or actor is not approved by the client, and filming has not started. In such cases, a full refund is possible. If the script is approved but the client cannot select a suitable actor from our creators, a partial refund (20-40 euro) for script writing may be issued.
